My dog Bear was just seen here, and this clinic was absolutely amazing. You can really see how much they care for animals. I'm not wealthy, so financially it's always scary. They took the time to modify his treatment plan to fit my budget, with his care as the top priority.
We love this place. There are several vet techs, front desk people, and doctors. They always answer the phone and respond to email quickly, and every single person there has always been kind and seems to really care about our dog. We have a primary vet we usually see, but have seen four different ones here on occasion and they are all great. They listen to all of my tiny worries and weird questions, and give trustworthy advice.
We were bringing our pug to this vet for about a year and we unfortunately never left feeling satisfied with the service provided. We would mostly bring him here for a monthly nail trim and after every visit, they would return us to him with a different excuse every time about how he was too wriggly, or that he was “biting” and that he needed trazodone to make him more relaxed before each appointment.
