I scheduled an appointment with APRN Tiffany Lack for my 20 month old who is behind on his shots. When I first scheduled it, I told the staff that immunizations were the reason for the appointment. The day before the appointment, I asked them the best way to send over his previous shot records and they told me to email them. The day of the appointment, we were told that they don't do immunizations, and I paid $250 for them to give us this information. At best, that is extremely poor communication.
