RecommendedDr. Long was professional and to the point. All of his staff are SO friendly! They were quick and courteous even during a global health crisis. Also, they were so helpful in helping me pick out new frames!
I busted a blood vessel in my eye over the weekend. I tried to get in contact with my regular eye doctor and couldn’t get a hold of them. I called Dr. Long’s office and within an hour was on FaceTime with him. I couldn’t believe not only how quick he was to respond but also how personable he was. I am now going to transfer my records to his office and become a Maumelle Eye Care patient! Thank you, Dr. Long, and staff! -Allie (one very happy and NEW patient)

The best eye care I've ever received! Everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind. I was so impressed by their technology and the option to have pictures done of my eyes rather than dilation. My glasses were ready faster than expected too! :)
I had long wait and when my son was seen the exam was really quick. Dr. Long visited with a pharmaceutical rep prior to our visit and that was probably longer than my son's exam. Dr. Long said my son's vision was fine but he continued to to issues seeing things. I took him to Dr. Max Horner in NLR and he confirmed that my son was near sighted and has an astigmatism. I reported my experience to the Arkansas Board of Optometry and my vision insurance.
Maumelle Eye Care is excellent! From check-in to check-out and everything in between all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Long is wonderful. He's thorough and easy to talk to.
