I have been a client/patient at several similar facilities, spanning over many years. Maumee Valley Guidance Center of Napoleon is by far the worst I’ve experienced. I accidentally missed an appointment (they don’t have a system in place for appointment reminders). I rescheduled as soon as I noticed I missed it – within a few days. I then realized I didn’t have enough medications to last me until my next appointment. I called to ask them to submit prescriptions to my pharmacist. The staff is friendly and welcoming! At first, I was very skeptical about therapy. Then I started meeting with Caleb and he is the BEST! With EMDR therapy we have been working through past traumas, the loss of both of my parents, and my struggles with anxiety and depression. I'm now feeling relieved, lighter, and more optimistic about the future! I highly recommend Maumee Valley Guidance Center!
