We used Maumee River Roofing in the spring of 2025 and had a great experience. Chase H. Was very knowledgeable and took care of us as we started the process. Aaron the site supervisor was very friendly and communicative as the day progressed. All of the associates worked hard to ensure everything was completed between 7am-6pm. Leah and Sam were professional over the phone and communicative. I would highly recommend. Thank you all!
I’m so glad I went with Maumee River Roofing. I had my roof done previously by another contractor who messed so much up. I called MRR up and got an appointment scheduled for the next week, Chase showed up the time he said and did a thorough look over to see what my home needed. I needed shingles on the side and a EPDM rubber roof on the top since it was flat. They scheduled me out 4-6 weeks and showed up the time they did. We had literally the best possible roofing experience you could have. If I could give 10 stars I would. From the beginning to end everyone was so friendly, informative, and helpful! They were NEVER pushy and even suggested getting other quotes. Day of, the crew arrived and were even 10 minutes early minutes early and started before we came out! From beginning to end, everyone at Maumee River Roofing impressed us with their customer service, product knowledge, professionalism on the job site and honesty. We never felt pressured. Greg was very thorough and understood our vision, gave us his opinion on certain aspects that we were inexperienced with and Leah was always an email, text or phone call away to answer my questions. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have new siding placed.
Maumee River Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. Their customer service is excellent. They were in contact with us from start to finish which was very much appreciated. I was also impressed with their clean up process. They truly have a great system and a great crew! Thanks to Sam, Aaron, Greg, Mikayla, Leah and their entire crew.
