I was impressed by Chase and his down-to-earth sales process and had a good feeling about his character. I hate being pressured into buying a product of any kind, let alone one of the most expensive things you can buy like a roof! Then the handoff from Chase to Leah and the other office staff was smooth and kept in communication with me the entire way. There was a storm that did some damage to my roof tearing off some shingles. I called Maumee River Roofing and Andy came out the very next day. He assessed the roof and covered it with a tarp until insurance can come out and take a look. Prompt response and professional.
