Payed for transition lenses and they forgot to put them in. Women at the front desk are rude. Never going back.
The worst place to get glasses. It takes a month or more to get your glasses. Then they aren't made right. Blurry ETC. I don't know why I went back a third time but it's close and insurance. The first ones were good. Next two are no good. A waste. NEVER AGAIN.
I use to recommend them but am currently waiting 3 weeks for glasses. Insurance company said altho the lab was given the order the day after the exam, they didn't get the frames for a week. Staff is rude even tho they screwed up. I will be going somewhere else from now on.
A lot of turn over. I was trying to get my contacts right. Ordered some, they didn't work. Gave unopened boxes to dr. He gives me sone trials to try. When I go back, I gave a diffent dr. She got the script really good. Go to order, ask about credit for unopened boxes. First dr denied I gave them to him I have been going to this place for years. Won't be back.
Maumee Bay Vision is so awesome, all around excellent experience. From the exam by the Optometrist to the ladies helping with the selection. A+ all the way. Best of all, they said 7 to 10 days. Six days later, all three pairs. Everyday, Safety and some that fit into my welding hood, WOW.
Excellent service by all. Suzanne is great when it comes to purchasing your eyewear thank you so much everyone.
