If you need to speak to your doctor or someone in their office you have to hold on a long time and when you get through its just another operator who says they will deliver the message and someone will call you back. This is very stressful and time consuming after waiting so long. I understand you had trouble with the phones but this is very frustrating.
Over all they (Karen) make it less stressful. I hate going to an Doctors appointment.
I always have good experience with all the staff they are doing a good job. Thank you all.
