Terrible service at Maui Toyota service, will never go back. My truck was scheduled for an appointment at 10am, while I understand that it takes a few hours for just oil change and tire rotation..I received a call at 1:30p (3 in a half hours later) saying that they are an hour behind. My truck was never touched all that time and just sat there, never received a call earlier on just a heads up on this delay until 1:30p. Terrible service, no communication or consideration for the owner.
