Clarissa is an absolute rock star!! This tour company is a lucky duck to have her on staff. She did a phenomenal job taking me and my comrades around Hana. Loved her stories and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the company misleads customers and does not return money. My cruise was canceled the day before due to bad weather conditions. I was at the office and they said someone would contact me and return the money. But no one called and the money has not arrived so far. So I advise against any business or purchases with this company.
I booked two adventures months apart and the company called me to let me know of a deal they had for multiple bookings to make sure I got the benefit of it. Then easily and with no fuss canceled when we cancelled our trip due to the Maui fires. And when I emailed to ask what the best way to support the community would be, I received a call from Maui in Lahaina shortly after the fires to answer my question personally. Awesome customer service! When we make up our trip this year we will be going through this company!
