LOVE Maui Thai Bistro. Have been there many, many times since their opening. Consistent, delicious, and fresh. The Drunken Noodles are always a favorite. Great sticky rice. The Tom Yum fried rice is a lemongrass-infused gem. The Tom Ka is the best I've ever had in a restaurant. Summer Rolls are a must. I can't speak for the meat dishes, but everything I have tried has been a winner. Oh, and the mango with sticky rice is a great way to end the meal. I will definitely be back, over and over again!
