I have been going to Lisa’s Somatics classes now for about five years, both online and in person. The consistency has resulted in being totally pain free in areas that have plagued me for years - lower back and hips. No more sciatic pain. Lisa is an amazing healer. I fell twice in one week and was dealing with headaches and neck pain. After attending a 90 minute session my headache was gone and I integrated the work within a day or two and felt much more balanced and pain free. I plan or attending her class at Wisdom Flow Yoga as often as I can. I highly recommend her. Mahalo Lisa!
