I told Lisa that when she touched me her hands vibrated healing, and it's true. She must listen with her hands as well as she is incredibly perceptive - tuning in precisely to what my body needed and somehow knowing exactly how to guide it there. Best somatic movement facilitator ever! I have seen Lisa Cary many times for private sessions and also have gone to her group classes. I also buy her uTube classes off her website and then I can do the somatic sessions at home all on my own. Her style of somatics is the best imaginable and I heal from all issues and stay healthy because I keep up with this protocol. I cannot say enough good things about this.
