I received a referral to this place while I waited for surgery and the inappropriate experiences I had with Dr. Danzer caused me to find help elsewhere. He’s completely incompetent in writing prescriptions, advising on current medical treatments and speaks to you with such disrespect. I’ve never been spoken to like that by any doctor in my personal or professional experience. Maui pain you lost my business and I’m happy to say I found better care at MM.
I was warned ahead of time to not go here but decided with my pcp that another approach to my pain could be wise. Dr Danzer is the least intelligent pain specialist I’ve ever come across. After just 3 appointments I’ve already transferred back to my pcp to find better help. Everyone else seemed ok but Dr Danzer lacks compassion, empathy and understanding. I wish this establishment the best but do yourself a favor and get rid of Dr Erwin Danzer.
Dr Garcia The office staff that was in the procedure room with me was rude. I said I was very uncomfortable face down, in a old used massage donut, with my nose smashed into the table, and I was told “too bad that is all we have to use”. My neck was very tense, having to use the muscles to hold my head straight and off the table so I could breath. Maui pain clinic is amazing Dr Scott Smith is a wonderful doctor who truly cares about his patients. He took time to explain to me what exactly was going on with my injuries and the options I had to help my condition. He reviewed my MRI with me explains what was going on and what needed to happen to get me feeling better. I highly recommend Dr Scott at Maui pain clinic. Melissa front desk is a complete joy.
