Very pleased with the office, staff and optometrist. Mahalo.
The staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr Nuygen was very knowledgeable, and professional, I haven’t gone in a while, will have to change that.
I was very happy with my exam appointment as well as the service I received in picking out glasses. Both the doctor and the sales person, took their time with me and answered all of my questions. They also gave very good advice. I did not feel rushed, like I sometimes do at other doctor's offices. I will definately return for next year's exam.
I’ve had great experience with Maui Optometry. Everyone there is super nice, professional, and really knows what they’re doing. They always put the customer first, are flexible, and make the whole process easy whether it’s with my contacts or glasses. I’ve been really pleased with how they handle everything. And small thing, but the lollipops at the front desk are a fun touch that makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend!
