So my appointment was at 11:45, got there at 11:48. Was told to sit down. And the two receptionist at the desk started microwaving the for and stared eating while I was waiting to be called, I waited until 12:35 to be called, and the best part was I am the only person in the waiting room. So for being 3 minutes late I have to wait 50 minutes....
