The Staff was low key but very helpful, even though I was probably looking like some Homeless dude without a dime. Which was pretty much true. As far as the venue went, the stage cover kept flapping in the wind noisy and sometimes blocking the view. The sound was too loud and shrill so I put earplugs on. Otherwise pretty much very well done. I'd still go next time for sure
The best place for music, art and film plus theatrical performances that simply don't fit into any one category...we support the arts👍
Top notch facility, beautifully maintained. Looks as good as it did when it opened 20 plus years ago. Many different venues within the complex, the MACC is able to accommodate a variety of events comfortably. The volunteer and paid staff are always friendly and professional. And let me not forget the full service bar, staffed with great bartenders. I always enjoy myself here, and look forward to future events.
It was our first time in the Castle theater. We were well, kindly and politely directed to our seats. We were asked not to take pictures which is understandable. I spoke to one of the volunteer ushers who was very forthcoming and helpful. The acoustics were clear and the seating was enjoyable. We were on the side of the top balcony and had a close birds eye view. I am looking forward to attending more concerts or presentations there.
Great evening of entertainment and staff were excellent in service as well. Looking forward to another evening of entertainment from there again!
It was a blast.... very organized...thanks for that....
Took my grandsons to the New Shanghai Circus. Even tho I've seen it probably at least 10 times, it's still a favorite. My oldest grandson has gone 3-4 times, and still loves it. The younger brother attended for the 1st time and he was almost hypnotized with amazement. Having worked in the ticket office for a few years, i know the Castle Theater very well. It's a great venue, with amazing acoustics. There are a few seats that don't offer a great view, but really, no matter where sit, you can see really good.
