The MACC opened around the time we moved to Maui .... 24 years ago. We have been enjoying the venue since then and often comment that there is NO better place for concerts than the MACC! What a great addition to the island......
Great place for concerts .. the sound is great and so are seats. Saw Bonnie Raitt, she was absolutely incredible love her music and voice.
Great place to see a concert! Great outdoor bar for before concert meal, snacks, and drinks. One problem was there was only one very long line for food but 6-8 very short/empty alcohol lines. Also the one popular sweet snack line was overwhelmed during intermission. We never made it to the front of line in time to buy one of their whipped cream covered brownies. You can't take food or drink into the concert hall so time management is important.
Just attended the Journey concert...nothing better than an outdoor concert at the MACC and we were so lucky to not have rain that night! Food options offered good selection and were very tasty! please ask Donut Dynamite to bring more donuts next time as they ran out!
