I have been a loyal customer for oil and annual service and maintenance contracts for years. Today when I called for service, they said my contract was up for renewal and they need payment first. They also never provided my annual AC maintenance as agreed to in my contract this year or last, yet now when I need them the most, they can only try to act like they don't owe me what I already paid for.
