Wouldn't give trade in value. I wanted to look at another vehicle. But Josh wouldn't write my name. Wanted to do it after other to beat their quote. He completely wasted my time. Service is very rude. Their attitude is take it out leave it. They could careless. Hot don't matter to them and it shows.
I have 99% of my service done to my 12 year old silverado at this dealership starting before it became Mauer Main as I am big on prevention and keeping it running; and have noticed a huge difference in how I am treated and that the service advisors are very competent and have helped me many times.
