Kudos to Mechanic Bruce and Service Advisor Chad. I brought my 2015 Buick Verano to my local garage for a serious electrical issue that they couldn't resolve but recommend I bring it to the dealer. Bruce did and AMAZING job quickly troubleshooting and resolving my issue! Chad in Service called a couple hours later and said my car was ready. I asked to speak with Bruce so I could personally thank him and ask what the resolution to the problem was and he explained to me in great detail. We had a very bad experience. Sales person lied as to the availability of a vehicle. He called us and advised us vehicle was there. Given a couple times we called him , he never came clean. we drove in a rain storm only to find out he lied and tried to sell us a different vehicle.
