I worked with Matylda to sell a co-op apartment for an elderly relative. Everything Matty did - from meeting with a senior citizen who lived in and loved her home for 40 years to dealing with a rigid managing agent - was done with skill and care. Her knowledge of the market is excellent and helped get the apartment sold at the right price in a reasonable amount of time. She is 100% oriented to client service. It was truly a pleasure to work with her.

Matylda is exactly the real estate agent you wish to have in NYC. She helped me to find the perfect place , walked me through the entire process and even after to make sure everything was done properly for both me and the apt owner . I was lucky I met her through this really tough NYC rental hunt

I've used Matty 3 times in the past to rent my co-op on West 74th Street. There are solid reasons for that. Just to say how professional, courteous and charming she is doesn't do her justice. The first time Matty helped me, my previous tenants had moved out on very short notice. Deep into the fall, I knew it was a bad time to try to rent, and I couldn't do it myself because I had to leave town on business.
