I had a paint repair need for my car in 2016 and used Matt's. At that time I rated his service 5 Star. He did an excellent job so I went back for another body repair in 2017. Unfortunately Matt has lost his 'customer service touch'. Seems he's now into blaming others for his shortcomings. I dropped the car off on a Monday and Matt indicated it would be done on Wednesday.
