Well I bought my home last year and closed the 22nd of October..if you buy a home from them make sure you get everything they promise in writing. I was told that the house was only there a couple of months before I bought it and I had some cracks in the walls and ceiling and that it was going to settle more and that I’d probably have more cracks and that I had them under warranty for a entire year and that they would have their painter come out and fix them..so after Covid relaxed I contacted them and he said he only fixes c... read more

After we closed on the home we bought Matt called me and told me the hot water heater appeared to be leaking. He replaced the hot water heater.
