I talked to Zach on the phone and he was absolutely so rude to me. I asked him a question regarding their website and was misinformed and then apologized for the inconvenience I caused on him (which was 30 seconds) and he responded “yeah you should be sorry”. Terrible customer support! What a rude man. Zach, if you’re reading this, you need to be nicer to people who call you on the phone. It is unacceptable to talk to potential clients like that. Shame on you.
