So I had trouble with my four wheeler and I called Chris, told him what I had and what it was doing, he assured me he know what the problem was and I asked a ballpark price because I was on a budget. Calls me 3 days later and tells me it's $375. Mind you he said at max $100, 85 for the labor and 15 for the part so I went and asked what this was all about. Got a great deal on a 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan S with ABS from Matt's Cycle Center. First time buying a brand new bike and the owner, Christopher Gerken made the experience a breeze and was super helpful and a class act. Very approachable! I had no idea about this place until a friend mentioned it to me. This is where I'll be going for my motorcycling needs from now on..... Anyone else that needs a new or even used bike must at the very least give this place a look.
Ordered a jacket. Two days later it's the wrong color. Sales person re ordered jacket and both salespeople said 2x should fit. Two days later it came in but was too small. The salesperson checked the sizing chart and said I would need a 4x for the sleeves to fit , but the jacket would probably be too big. I WAS CHARGED A $39.00 RE STOCK FEE FOR A JACKET THAT FIRST WAS THE WRONG COLOR THEN THE JACKET DIDN'T FIT. They don't even have anything in stock to try on. Never had an issues. I get my atv and snowmobile parts from them. Service department rebuilt my shocks and they work great.
The owner can't believe his salesperson ordered me the wrong part. Apparently, it doesn't matter if u spend 100 or $13000. Ur just a jackass customer. Fuck this place! Never buy another fkn thing here!
