I decided to take my car here after reading great reviews about them online. I made an appointment the week prior to get my shocks and struts replaced, and an alignment. I was told to drop my car off at 8 AM on Monday (Memorial Day) when I dropped my car off at 8:05 AM, the door was locked and nobody was answering the phone. Took my car in for a cold-start rattle and a few other odd noises. Given the age of the vehicle, I knew it was probably due for a tune-up as well. Paul and Matt were genuinely great to work with — friendly, professional, and upfront from the beginning. I went to Matt's Automotive to get a front end alignment which I really needed, because I like to ride comfortably. There was no wait time they gave me the price and 30-45min later my truck was correctly aligned 😊. Matt's Automotive also help me save $ on my alignment and I really appreciate that. I'm a truck driver and I'll be bringing my truck back for a tune up on my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7
