Called the day after Christmas, and they answered immediately and got me in within 1.5 weeks. Friendly, professional, and quick! Seamless experience.
Had called Safelite several times. Couldn't get real person to help me.all automated then when I finally was able to get person to schedule an appt. They said their system was down to call back tomorrow this went on for about a week and a half. I was frustrated called Matt's auto glass they answered my call scheduled appt, came out to my house , charged me less for chip in windshield, and did an amazing job all within extremely short amount of time.Veryvfriendly,
Matt came to my work and repaired my windshield in under 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable and professional. My biggest thing was getting the windshield repaired ASAP before it got worse. With my busy schedule I wasn’t sure how I would accomplish this, Matt was able to get it done same day!
