Awesome experience, very excited to find a trustworthy appliance repair business, as it seems hard to find around a smaller town. I really like how he does business, I call, he answered, told me when he is gonna show up, fixes the problem and that is all. Hard to find a guy like that!
Matt’s Appliance is phenomenal! Our refrigerator stopped cooling yesterday. I tried to get it repaired by the store at which I purchased it. They told me it would be a week before they could come to assess it. I called Matt’s Appliance. He was at my home in less than 1 hour. He immediately identified and fixed the problem. My refrigerator was working again in minutes after he arrived. I will call Matt’s Appliance first for any other issue that I have!
Matt was quick to respond to my inquiry and was out within the week to service our dryer. He was in and out with a pully replacement with an hour. Very reasonable price and nice guy. Will call him again.
I 100% recommend Matt’s Appliance Repair…his customer service is out of this world… his professionalism, expertise, promptness, skill level, etc., are all exceptional! We will never look for another appliance repair company again now that we found Matt…I would also fully trust Matt’s judgment and honesty that if he said it can’t be fixed, it can’t be! We were lucky and he fixed my front-loader quickly with a fair price! You will not be disappointed with Matt’s Appliance Repair.
I got my clothes washing machine fixed about 140 days ago. I forgot to leave feedback until today when I was grateful that my washer still works. Matt was on time, fast with the work, and so quiet. He did a great job, and the price for the part and repair was the best around. I will definitely be recommending his services to anyone I can.
