This store is owned and managed by the best people. We browsed around at a few larger stores (MattressFirm, etc.) to get an idea of what we liked in a mattress before coming to Mattressezzz. The Bradleys took our long list of likes and dislikes and "I don't know's" & helped us find exactly what we wanted and were so much more pleasant than the pushy salesmen at the other stores we visited. We had an awesome experience at Mattressezzz! I have a bad back and my old mattress was killing my back every night. We went in and the staff were so friendly and patient! We tried mattresses back and forth for 10 minutes at a time and they just told us to take our time. They were very knowledgeable and suggested we get a Memory Foam Mattress for my back. I've purchased a few mattresses and many mattress covers here. They provide great customer service, and it's also great to support a local business in the Heber Valley. The mattress covers are the best, breathable, but totally waterproof and have saved a ton of our mattresses from any damage. We got a stain on one of our mattresses that we forgot to get a cover for (bought the cover today). They even told us a great way to get the stain out.
