Came into the showroom after reading reviews and having a less than desirable experience at a chain store close by. Wilfredo created me at the door, showed me what I was looking for and 20 mins later delivery is set up (could have been same day but due to schedule) I choose the weekend. I felt like I got my moneys worth on the product and also he offered me more affordable options as well. My goal was comfort. Thanks!
