Overall, a very good experience. We had been in the store a couple times previously and always worked with Chance Jacobs. He remembered us from months ago and guided us back to what we were previously interested in. He was very helpful and found what we were looking for without pressuring us to get anything we didn’t want nor need. If we have any further needs or can be helpful in directing others needing beds, we will definitely suggest Mattress World and Chance.
