After having a horrible experience with SleepNumber, we decided to check some higher end mattresses at Mattress World. Our customer service person Chance, was not only great at helping, but he was so knowledgeable, that we were able to choose the right bed for us the first time. We are so happy with our new bed, that we want to spend more time in it than ever before. I can not recommend more highly Chance Jacobs and Mattress World for your next bed.
The show room had a good selection of beds to choose from and we were encouraged to try them out. Our sales person, Chance, was friendly, knowledgeable, and above all, not sales aggressive (pushy). Over all our visit to the store was a pleasant and informative one. I'd recommend this merchant to anyone seeking to purchase a new bed.
We just had the best experience with Chance! We came in not knowing exactly what we wanted but after he asked several questions and us trying a few options, he ending up leading us to the exact bed we were looking for! He was polite and never pushy. The zero pressure vibe sealed the deal! Thank you Chance!
