We came in at 10:00am on Monday, August 11th not knowing what mattress we wanted. Adam, the floor salesman, was kind, courteous, patient, attentive and knowledgeable. We felt well informed and overall had a positive and productive experience, leaving with a new queen mattress set. I will recommend this location!
Josh was exceptional!! He helped me with my warranty claim and was very professional but also friendly and personable. He is also super knowledgeable about mattresses and does not make you feel pressured or rushed. I would highly recommend this store and definitely ask for Josh!!

Chance Jacobs from The Salem store is a true gentleman. He was quick to welcome me into the store and immediately asked me what my goals are on a new mattress. He was very professional, and knowledgeable of the mattresses that I was interested in. And maybe more. He told me the difference between the mattress fillers and what would work best for a person‘s body.
