Very attentive staff
Came in the 4th sales, found a great mattress and adjustable base set thanks to Mike C., super friendly and helpful. Even helped our kiddo figure out the massage chair while we tried mattresses :)
Mike was very helpful and worked with us on everything we asked for! After sleeping on the mattress for a month we realized it would be too firm. At this point I could have taken the mattress back & got money back, but talking to Mike C again he said to try to see if it breaks down any better in the 90 days, gave some recommendations & said after that we can exchange & talked me through the process. I decided to try this route bc my husband & I usually do like a harder mattress. Still at this point it was too hard so I went ... read more
