Was not impressed with the sales person. We explained what we were looking for in a mattress. When we explained that the first mattress we were shown was out of our price range and stated what that range was, their whole demeanor changed. It was as if we were not worthy to be in their presence. Their tone become condescending and we felt we were being talked down to. Our range was mid level. Shelly was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through the different mattress options and helping us find the perfect one for our needs. The free delivery and easy swap-out process for our old mattress were just the icing on the cake. Highly recommend Shelly and the team!
