If you’re going to buy a mattress anyway it’s really a great choice to shop local at Mattress World where they have such amazing inventory and great customer service. Ian Smith in particular made the process a positive experience and even followed up with us afterwards to check in on things. Even the delivery drivers were amazing — in a small space they worked efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend.
After realizing my mattress was likely older than I am, I went to this store because I had no idea how to buy a new mattress, didn't want to spend a lot of time and money buying one, *really* needed one, and all of these Google reviews praised Karl to solve all of these problems... And they were all correct - Karl is great, helped me find just what I needed and made the whole ordeal a super low pressure sales environment. It's been six months and I'm still really happy with my mattress choice.
Ian was great to work with. We had a hard time making a decision but he was incredibly patient and helpful!
