James, my guy was honest and really cared about finding a mattress that works best for us and our sleeping needs, not pushing for the most expensive sale. Really appreciate the shopping experience. Highly recommend this store, Cindy and James are awesome!
We recently purchsed a new mattress from Mattress Warehouse. James was very helpful in determining which mattress was best for us without being pushy. The delivery crew was professional, quick and showed up on time. Overall very pleased with our experience.
James was awesome! I took my parents in to get them a new mattress and he took time to help us find exactly what they need. He was friendly, informative, and NO PRESSURE! Welcomed us in and was happy to help and answer questions. He never rushed us or made us feel like we were taking to long (we were only there a hour anyway). Will definitely be back when we need another bed. Thanks for the great experience, James!
Just had my frame and mattress delivered yesterday! A wonderful night's rest and exceptional costumer service from Rachel when I went in to try out the mattresses and the delivery was also very smooth and quick on the timeline given (Alex was the driver, but I did not get the other guys name. )
