Beware. Once you’ve signed the contract, you no longer matter to them. My initial experience at Mattress Warehouse in Vienna was positive. However, the follow-through was disappointing. I ordered a king size mattress, which came with “free” pillows. However, the pillows were ordered in queen size instead of the king size to match the bed. I had to call the store twice; first I spoke with the manager, who said he’d contact customer service. I purchased a new bedroom set for my teenage son and needed a mattress. I went to Mattress Warehouse in Vienna and was greeted by Rozi who provided outstanding customer service. I brought my son to the store and she was patient allowing us to take our time to evaluate the mattress options. First time I have ever had a great experience purchasing a mattress!
