I am a customer and an Employee!! My name is Lisa. I found, after searching many retail locations, the pricing was as ridiculous as the high pressure sales!!! I found Mattress Warehouse of Tampa to be affordable, inexpensive really..and "small, family business" mentality was refreshingly abnormal, in the retail world. I ordered a set of king size bedsheets on August 11, 2016. Mattress Warehouse immediately charged my credit card for this order although it wasn't yet even in their inventory. I don't believe it is LEGAL to charge a customer's credit card until the order/merchandise SHIPS! On Nov. 11, 2016 I wrote to M.W. regarding this order. They are out of business. Went there yesterday to get a refund of my sheets that i never received and was promised a refund that never happened. There are hundreds of people out money. Biggest scam ever#

I ordered sheets from Mattress Warehouse on August 11th 2016. On November 11th, I still did NOT have the sheets and wrote to M.W. Within two days they kindly responded and told me that they had "located" the ship the sheets were on and would have them in their store in approximately two weeks and that they would prioritize sending my order yo me as soon as they arrived. They did not deliver on day we were told and then said it would be another 2 weeks (3 weeks total). We finally gave in and rented a uhaul waited an hour for them to load it, got it all the way home and up a flight of stairs before finding out it was the wrong bedroom suit. This place is a joke and has ZERO organization or competency.

Don't buy a mattress there, if you don't like it, you can't take it back. Your stuck with it. Wish I could give a rating of less than 1

This store is great! He explained the differences between the mattresses to me and left me alone to try them all out. I ended up with a comfortable mattress for my daughter that fit my budget. I would recommend this place to anyone!
