We went into this experience not knowing at all what we were looking for, but the second we walked through the door Tim was ready to help! He got us fitted for which mattress style was right for us, walked us through the store, and explained in depth each mattress type and material. He was patient with us as we tried almost every single mattress in the store, and we ended up leaving with the perfect one for us. Thank you so much for your help, Tim!
Was in the market for a new mattress and also set in my head what I wanted/didn't want to spend. Shane was wonderful from the second I walked in the door. Was not a pushy sales guy when I shared what I was hoping to spend and was more than willing to show me all options and allowing me to ultimately choose.
