Absolutely horrible customer service. Even from the main office. We were told something by the salesman. And then they refused to honor that. I will never recommend any to this store.

Salesman Mike helped out my daughter. He was very knowledgeable and helped her pick out the perfect bed.

I dealt with Mike on a comfort exchange and we couldn’t have been happier with how much he worked to get us the bed we wanted and because we were slightly over the 100 day exchange policy, he went above and beyond to get us approved to go through with the exchange and he always checked up to keep us in the loop about what was going on and what we needed to do to complete the process. Saleperson was Mike McMahon. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with picking out the proper bed we wanted. Saw the whole sale thru and followed up on our satisfaction. Couldn't be more happier with the whole experience. Would recommend this store and this salesperson to everyone
