First experience I would definitely say a 5 star! I don’t know the name of the person that helped us but he did great. The delivery took longer than expected and unfortunately the people who delivered it smelled a lot like smoke so then that lingered in our house for a whole day! What was upsetting was that I was suppose to receive 2 pillows but I never did so I had to call and a lady apologized and even offered extra pillows for my troubles. Kim the salesperson, was very nice and helpful. Between her and I, we were able to get me setup with a comfy mattress and it's scheduled for free delivery on Wednesday. Thank you Kim!

The wife and I were looking for a new bed set and have been to several other stores and had no service like this service. Our sales person Doug was very knowledgeable and patient. Took the time to run through types,sizes, and such. Very thorough. We bought the bed that fit us and we are very pleased. Would recommend highly. Thanks Doug.

We went to several mattress stores and we had the best experience at Mattress Warehouse. The salesman (Bud) was the most helpful of all the places we went to. He did not try to talk us into the most expensive bed in the showroom but he helped us find the most comfortable bed for us. The delivery was in less than a week and the guys that set the bed up were very profesional and nice. So if you want a great experience shoping for a new bed this is the place to go. We love our new bed!

The salesman at THIS LOCATION was very rude...to the point that we were ready to walk out and go to ANOTHER location to buy our matress!!
