Best place ever to buy a mattress!
customer service does not exist.15 days from order and payment and I still dont have my order.Heavens knows where it is or even if i will get it despite emails and calls
Been trying to get a defective mattress situation taken care of for almost 2 months now. They refuse to give me contact information for corporate. Guess I will contact the Better Business Bureau.

I was torn between Matress Firm and Matress Warehouse and the answer was quickly clear. Matress warehouse has a much better selection along with a more personable experience. Locally owned is always a good thing on my book especially when you have an amazing Salesman like Kenton. I would travel to any of their locations just to deal with Kenton. The service was amazing and I felt hugely comforted with the investment after he taught us so much. Thanks again Karl and Kenton!
I needed mattresses and found everything I needed at Mattress Warehouse. The employees were super friendly and helpful. I was grateful for such a simple visit with no pressure to get more than I needed. I am now looking forward to a great night sleep. Thank you Mattress Warehouse!
Every staff member went out of their way to get to know me and my needs. But it was Larry at the Midvale location that helped me find the perfect mattress for me. I have ruptured discs from a car accident. When Larry showed me how my new mattress would alleviate my pain and had me lay down to feel the difference, I literally cried from the relief I felt. I will never go anywhere else. This is the second mattress I have bought from this company... so far!
Me and my husband purchased a mattress from Mattress Warehouse in Draper from Doug the store manager and while we were there we asked them if anything is wrong with it could we bring it back he said yes well after we have the mattress for 2 months it was hurting my back and my husband as well so I had called Doug and asked him what we needed to do to bring the mattress back and what he said was all you have to do is bring it in.
