Tim, manager, was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. Very happy with the experience. Joe and Andy followed up the great service with their own great service delivering and setting up the new mattress. They even offered to install the mattress pad! Great experience all the way around. Would recommend!! Thx guys!

Really great experience buying a new mattress. We purchased from the location on Mill Plain, and our sales guy was Preston. He was really knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting us a mattress we really loved. A couple days later Joe and Jakob showed up and set up the bed frame mattress. Talk about an efficient team. These guys crushed it. 10/10 will recommend the mattress superstore to anyone looking for a new mattress.

I don’t know why you would go anywhere else. This is a local store not a national store We went to other stores testing beds then came upon Mattress Superstore. Walking in it looked small and crowded. But there was another room with more mattresses. Absolutely no pressure by John. Bed were well organized from firm to plush. By brand. We found the perfect mattress. There was no pressure to buy or being upsold on anything. Delivery and setup is included and fast NO CHARGE. Plus they pay sales tax. The delivery guys were very nice and put the mattress on the bed frame for me. They were super quick and efficient. The mattress is amazing as well. Overall, an incredible experience.
