Shane was great and shoots you straight but the delivery guy is another story! After setting the frame, mattress and box springs up he started walking towards the door. I asked him if he was going to take his trash with him and he replied “No!” I asked him why and he said “it’s not mine”! I called Shane again and was told the delivery guy is the owner’s nephew. WOW. Customer service???!
