We read all of the incredible reviews about this store and let me tell you, they were so true! We arrived at Mattress Outlet, and Shane took the time (3 hours total) with us to listen to what we needed and lie on the beds. With our back and hip surgeries, we needed the perfect mix between firm, soft and supportive. Our last two name brand beds from other stores each failed us after 3 years, so we were nervous.
