I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress One in Bastrop. When the mattress was delivered, the pillows were not on the order. The driver was instructed, by the store, to have us come pick them up there. Two days later, and two attempts going to the store, we still did not have our pillows. ("Open" sign was there, lights on, but the door was locked - during business hours). Called the store several times and was unable to leave a message - "the mailbox was full". Very happy with Mattress One in Georgetown TX. We had been to several other stores and found Mattress One to have a very large selection to choose from. The salesman, Tony, was a nice, personable guy and was not pushy. He was honest with his information, we left without buying and went home to research and make our final decision. We had been to other stores and found those salesmen to be less honest and pushy. We went back and bought the bed and base we wanted.
