The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. The gentleman that helped us listened to what we needed and then recommended three mattresses that seemed to fit out needs. I tested all three and rejected the pillow top. The other two were very comparable but one had just a little more give and that is the one we bought. We are both in our 70's and have back issues so we needed a firm mattress but with enough give that it wouldn't be like sleeping on concrete. We are very happy with our purchase! Thank you!
I had great, bilingual, customer service at Mattress Mart Kingston. I had good advice and didn’t feel pressured to buy. I even spent a good amount of time trying on various mattresses. I chose a Stephanie which is great so far. Delivery went smoothly,, keeping me informed via texts of their arrival. The 2 individuals were very professional and patient with the tight space they had to work with. It’s was a good overall experience
BUYER BEWARE when you buy a mattress from Mattress Mart that you get the proper base support for it!! I had a bad experience buying a Beautyrest Quintessence Hybrid mattress and metal platform base less than 2 years ago for $1,600+. After a year, the mattress started sagging badly causing serious back pain. I reached out to MM who contacted Beautyrest who said it didn't "sag enough" to warrant a replacement !!
