Great experience from start to finish. Walked in the door explained what I needed, had my new mattress delivered two days later. They were not pushy, I did not feel rushed, they Had good knowledge of each of the mattresses they carry. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a good quality mattress. Also, delivery was on time and the delivery drivers were very professional and helpful even taking my old mattress out.

Awesome people run this store. We had an amazing serious of events nothing short of a miracle and got a decent bed with our house purchase. They honored our refund with a smile, congratulated us yet again and I will send friends here everytime. No pressure sales, he'll check the back while you stand there to see if he has what you want in stock. Very honest, very happy to help people sleep better.

I replaced the mattress I purchased from them in 2002, and went directly to the BC location to conduct my search for a new bed. Found a Michigan made mattress by Capitol and had it delivered in two days. My 2 hour window for delivery was eliminated as they were here exactly on time. I am confident that I will enjoy my new sleeping experience for many years to come. Always, always go to Mattress Mart for a great experience.
