I really liked the service provided by this store. Initially, I emailed the store to find out if they had the mattress that I was interested in trying (Mattress Mart has 3 locations by the way, I chose the closest location near me which is located in Battle Creek) . Fantastic experience from start to finish! When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by Kevin, and was deeply impressed by how quickly he knew which beds to show me with just a quick description that I gave him of my needs. It took less than 10 minutes for me to find and purchase a bed and arrange delivery, and I was out the door! The two gentlemen who delivered my bed today were marvelous as well.
