RecommendedI had a five star experience. I walked into the Asheville site and asked employee Adam to give me a tour of the firmest mattresses available. I tried out three or four mattresses and chose the "Hercules." It was delivered today. Both delivery men were conscientious and strong. I recommend Mattress Man. Walk in the store and lay on a bed. This is much more reassuring than purchasing a mattress online through the mail.
We were so impressed with our experience at Mattress Man on Tunnel Rd. in Asheville, NC. The owner, Chuck, and sales associate, Brent, both went above and beyond to get us out the door with the mattress of our dreams (as well as a headboard, base, and two amazing pillows!)! Great customer service and a lot of mattresses to choose from! Mattress shopping is not something I enjoy doing and they made it painless. Helped with decision making and then I was able to leave with the mattress that day!
Rob in sales was easy to work with and gave me his best price up front. Can't say the same for mattress firm. Had to quote mattress man price to get discount. I felt like mattress firm was trying to get the most money out of me and mattress man Rob was trying to earn my business. Locally owned and it shows.
