Great customer service and the delivery guys were early and called to see if that was ok. The delivery guys instructed me on the adjustable bed and h as d really fun personalities. I bought two beds after a house fire and they were quick and efficient. Highly recommend them.
My husband and I bought a mattress and an adjustable bed from Casey. What a wonderful experience we had with him. He answered all our questions and was pleasant in doing so. He was such a breath of fresh air compared to the first salesperson at another mattress location. And he was quick to find a price difference saving us money compared to the other salesperson in buying an identical mattress too. Absolute worst service ever, never shop here! The promise everything give nothing attitude is easy to see at this " business ". After much looking I chose the " in stock " item and paid. After payment I was informed that this item was out of stock, be about two weeks for delivery. So I ask can we deal on any other items, substitute, etc.?, no deal.
