Considering it’s been 3 days 10 phone calls , 4 messages and we still haven’t been able to schedule a delivery or talk to anyone For the beds we purchased on the website which they encourage you to use. I suggest taking your money elsewhere because now here I am having to cancel my purchases by the end of the day since communication is apparently an issue - either that or they are permanently closed ..And buy the beds elsewhere ..
Excellent customer service! Returned my call very fast! Cameron is very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing a mattress for the different types of sleeping positions. Definitely a five star experience. Very excited about the Free Pillow he ordered for us! *Updated down to 3 stars from 5. He advertises Free Pillow with mattress purchase.
