Our salesman Marc was excellent and answered our questions and ask great questions for us so we can make an informed decision. The delivery guys were quick courteous, and cheerful . They gave us a demonstration on how to use the remote . Our 1st night sleep was exactly what we expected, what a nice upgrade . Thank you Mattress King
Ms. Debbie was very helpful and patient with us as we made our decisions. The delivery and set up of our new mattress and adjuable frame was quick and easy. The delivery guys were very nice and cleaned up after themselves.
Your store manager, Debbie, was fantastic. We had alot of questions and we got ALL the answers we were looking for. There was no pressure to buy. We took a couple of days to think about it and bought our mattress. The delivery men were quick, efficient and ever told a joke about removing labels. ALL AROUND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
