We have a three memory foam mattresses from your store. One king sized for my husband and two twins for our children. We are very happy with our mattresses. My husband and I and our kids sleep very well at night and always wakeup refreshed the next morning. Customer service is also outstanding.
I purchased a $2000 mattress from them 3yrs ago that has never lived up to the quality they promised when they sold it to me. It was replaced 1yr ago under warranty...and now again it needs to be replaced but they could care less....Their employees seem to have no intrest in giving good customer service as they try to make the customers feel inferior. Finally tried to speak to the owner Ruben Hinojosa who sold me the mattress and he was more interseted in in making analogies to buying new cars than trying to make it right. M... read more
